**Job Summary**

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations, applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
* Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
* Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from initial concept to production
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
* Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
* Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Regularly present to the management team

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
* Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
