About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Data Science team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and decision-making through data-driven solutions. This is a part-time remote position, and you will work closely with our team to analyze complex business problems, design and implement data solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Grasping business requirements and analyzing business frameworks and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting the identification and implementation of statistical methods to meet business needs, and aiding in the design, planning, and execution of exploratory data analysis research projects.
- Translating business requirements into actionable tasks and projects, and collaborating with data researchers to develop data-driven solutions.
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
- A strong passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with large datasets, identifying insights, and communicating findings through data storytelling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, and experience with data visualization tools like Looker and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of data management systems, including relational databases and NoSQL databases, as well as experience with cloud-based data platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
