**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and informed decision-making
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
* Mentor and guide less experienced team members in data analysis and business intelligence
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
* Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
* Experience with data governance and quality assurance
* Certification in data science or business intelligence, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA)
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
