**Job Summary**

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, who will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions. As a key member of our High Level Examination, Content group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and untapped content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate complex insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience in media and entertainment industry
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing
