**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Illinois, USA. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and implement data solutions that drive business decisions and improve patient care. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and develop data solutions that meet business needs
* Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
* Creating and maintaining data pipelines to support reporting and analytics initiatives
* Applying data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various sources
* Performing data profiling and analysis to identify trends and insights
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and opportunities
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and ETL/ELT scripting
* Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

* Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Examination Professional (CAP) certification
* Knowledge of healthcare, medical research, and clinical trial concepts
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions
* Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
