**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to apply established analytical processes to various datasets, uncovering insights and addressing real business challenges. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and technical skills will enable you to drive business decisions with data-driven insights, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of the retail industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* 30% Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
* 20% Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
* 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
* 20% Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team.
* 10% Present findings in easily understandable ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall business strategy.
**Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports**
This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports.
**Travel Requirements**
This role requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements**
This position is spent mostly sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.
**Working Conditions**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
* 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation.
* Prior direct experience in analyzing significant topics such as inventory network, marketing, tasks, and others.
* Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5+ years of work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and technical skills.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
