**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Inventory Network Optimization and Process Improvement**

**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and drive inventory network optimization and process improvement initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you'll oversee store network processes, guarantee stock flow, and ensure satisfaction targets are met. You'll also streamline production network execution, impact field-level leadership, and contribute to process stream improvement endeavors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversees store network processes and guarantees stock flow through the conveyance organization and satisfaction targets by coordinating goals and answering heightening of day-to-day issues
* Dissects information from various partners to smooth out and further develop network efficiencies; gives information to the provider consistency process stream
* Investigates and breaks down main driver of day-to-day and raised special cases concerning transporting, getting, stock, and return related issues
* Leads execution audits of promoting division, dissemination focuses, and providers; and gives proposals for restorative activity to key partners
* Streamlines production network execution by deciding and supporting a stream way channel from provider to store to best fit deals, in-stock, and benefit measurements
* Joint effort between partners in accordance with store network the executives to guarantee deals, in-stock, stock, productivity, and technique objectives are accomplished
* Follows the development and appearance of merchandise across the store network; creates and introduces suggestions to address conflicting objectives
* Recognizes request exemptions, disturbances, and production network imperatives that will affect inventory network execution; and creates and organizing a goal
* Impacts field-level heading and gives direction to the execution of tasks by going about as a contact for the field and conveying functional assumptions to the providers and carriers
* Tends to execution related issues with partners; tends to stream the board questions and concerns; recognizes best practices and instructs groups on variation and execution regarding these accepted procedures
* Works together with business accomplices to distinguish and foster assets to further develop efficiencies; and answers driver asks
* Oversees production network stream process improvement endeavors by adding to the plan, advancement, and conveyance of better approaches for working between inventory network partners
* Introduces better approaches for working endeavors and persistent improvement proposals to authority; focuses on item stream plan goals; guarantees stream plans are reachable
* Supports development to work on current arrangements and techniques; deals with the amendment of mistakes cycles and input circles; recognizes areas of chance to further develop administration levels
* Supports the utilization of start to finish costing approach and lean ideas; gives expense proposals to lessen process squander, and give chances to cost decreases and interaction efficiencies; and checks on and examines the effect and advantages to interior cycles
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
* Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and process improvement
* Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau (or similar data analysis tools)
* Experience with data visualization and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field
* Experience with lean principles and six sigma methodologies
* Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software as a service (SaaS) solutions
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
* Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
