**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Manager, Analytics, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying key opportunities for growth, and developing data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategy. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
* Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategy
* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop recommendations for improvement
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are being used to inform business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media optimization and analytics

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
* Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g. Amazon Redshift, Microsoft SQL Server)
* Certification in data analysis or analytics (e.g. Google Data Analytics Certification)
