**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
* Designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
* Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from our device, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to inform conclusions
* Effectively communicating data analysis to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain
* Recognizing patterns to identify gaps within the applicant monitoring system and driving change at a device level with accountable parties (end users, device admins, etc.)
* Ensuring successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working with People or Recruiting teams, or in-depth understanding of the complete cycle recruiting process
* Prior relational database experience
* Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages
* Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Critical thinking and a primary concept approach to problem-solving
