**Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst in the Transportation Analytics crew, your responsibilities will include:

* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights
* Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table
* Developing data visualization to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
* Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
* Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
* Documenting your strategies and sharing your expertise with colleagues
* Mentoring colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
