Our Transportation Analytics crew is a critical component of our operations, and we are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions
* Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
* Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
* Engaging with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
* Documenting your methods and sharing your expertise with colleagues
* Mentoring junior team members and becoming a Subject Matter Expert in data analysis
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
* Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
