**Job Responsibilities**

As a Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics team, you will be responsible for:

* Working with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining ETL processes to centralize data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity
* Creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate complex information to stakeholders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Analyzing stakeholder needs and developing reports to meet their requirements
* Leveraging scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency
* Documenting processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues to promote a culture of expertise and mentorship

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
* 2-4 years of experience with SQL, with a focus on data analysis and manipulation
* 1-2 years of experience with Tableau, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to identify and root cause business problems
* A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or R
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep
