**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Examination group at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with massive, complex, and unique datasets to conduct specialized analyses and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement ETLs or processes to extract data from various sources and combine it into a single table
* Design and develop data visualizations to screen and measure the impact of changes and special business challenges
* Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to establish credibility and drive results
* Analyze partner needs and work with them to share relevant data, including collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on data accuracy, completion, and latency across different tasks and systems
* Influence scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection)
* Document your processes and share your knowledge with colleagues, and mentor junior team members as you become a subject matter expert
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration)
* High-level experience in SQL and Data Visualization
* Experience with e-commerce operations or package transportation tasks
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data management tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Data Prep, etc.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration)
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong technical skills, with experience in SQL, data visualization, and scripting languages (Python preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
* Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and completeness
