Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing business issues within your discipline and challenging assumptions to help identify underlying drivers;
• Developing and recommending solutions to business problems and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress;
• Assessing proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translating business requirements into solutions, and aligning the team to the business strategy while executing expectations;
• Identifying and recommending the most suitable data visualization tools based on the setting and defining application design based on client needs;
• Providing general guidance by examining business goals and client needs, including creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and projects;
• Creating and using internal and external organizations and partnerships, leading key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and supporting partners while adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Capability in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive);
• Capability with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current);
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to executives clearly;
• Ability to connect data insights and their impact on the business;
• Experience developing new metrics to track business impact;
• Experience leading a team of analysts;
• Openness to building dashboards and reports that combine data from multiple sources;

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A background or education in data science;
• Experience with AI and data science techniques;
