**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. As a key member of our Data Analysis group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses and data lakes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and inform strategic decision-making
* Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, including ETL processes and data integration
* Work closely with data engineers to design and implement data architecture and infrastructure
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain data-driven models and algorithms to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data integration and ETL processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality processes
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
