**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, application development, and problem-solving will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and develop reporting and analytic solutions that meet business needs
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Design and develop packages for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
