**Key Responsibilities**

As a remote data entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
* Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Excel
+ Visual Basic for Applications
+ Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred

**Required Education**

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field of study.
