**About the Role**

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of our Digital Innovation team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement through data analysis and insights. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
* Strong experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
* Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with data science tools such as Python, R, or Julia
* Certification in data science or business intelligence
