**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven culture by designing and implementing data pipelines, creating business intelligence reports, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with data experts and business partners to decipher business goals and product requirements into actionable data resources
* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support business intelligence and data science initiatives
* Create and scale business intelligence reports to address partner use cases and business needs
* Develop and maintain data documentation to ensure data quality and consistency
* Work with data governance to implement normalization and consistency of core business metrics and dimensions
* Help define and democratize our internal guidelines for code best practices, including style, readability, and effectiveness
* Create compelling self-service dashboards and analyses that drive substantial business results
**Essential Capabilities**
* 3+ years of significant experience in software engineering, data analysis, or data science
* Demonstrated proficiency in using workflow management and data listing/documentation tools
* Master-level SQL/Python/R/AWS skills that enable you to seamlessly and freely extract and combine data from diverse sources
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Academic interest in what drives the business
* Experience creating data frameworks for growing sovereignty models, promoting membership organizations, and data-driven pricing approaches
* Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Microstrategy
