**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that support our business applications, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. You will work closely with our data engineering and data science teams to drive innovation and improvement in our data management practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Lead the design and implementation of data architectures** for arenaflex's Information Center, which serves as the single source of truth for business-critical product and supplier information.
* **Develop and maintain data models**, working with a team of data architects to improve data quality, governance, and security.
* **Collaborate with business stakeholders** to understand their data needs and translate them into long-term engineering solutions.
* **Design and implement data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions** to support business applications.
* **Develop and maintain documentation** that outlines data flows, data quality, and data security procedures.
* **Participate in the development of business intelligence and data analytics capabilities** to support data-driven decision-making.
* **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices** in data architecture, data engineering, and data science.
* **Mentor and train junior team members** on data architecture and data engineering principles.

**Requirements**

* **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**.
* **Minimum 2+ years of experience** in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
* **Strong understanding of data modeling concepts**, including data warehousing, data governance, and data security.
* **Experience working with data modeling tools**, such as erwin, PowerDesigner, or similar.
* **Experience designing and implementing data integration and ETL solutions**.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
* **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **2+ years of experience** in cloud-based data technologies, such as Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure Databricks, and other related technologies.
* **Experience architecting and implementing OLTP data models** to support business applications.
* **Understanding of data standardization procedures** and experience driving data engineering and data solutions through agile software development methodologies.
* **Experience working in the retail industry** or a related field.
* **Strong leadership and management skills**, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of data architects and engineers.
