**Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Center Technician, you'll be responsible for:

* Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
* Participating in or leading complex troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical problems
* Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
* Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
* Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's superior Data Center Server and Network Infrastructure

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware and community problems, including the use of Linux tools
* Experience with mild coding or scripting, preferably in a Linux environment
* Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and community hardware
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Experience in challenge control and leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and projects
* Knowledge of networking protocols and experience with network infrastructure development
* Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to overcome complex technical challenges

**Compensation and Benefits**

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

* A base salary of $77,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
