**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and pipelines that support our business operations. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and ensure the quality and integrity of our data assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop scalable data pipelines, architectures, and systems that meet business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and ensure the quality and integrity of our data assets
* Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
* Work with data science teams to integrate data and models into automated processes, and to develop predictive analytics and machine learning models
* Develop and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
* Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements
* Investigate and evaluate current data technology trends and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support team members and stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and developing large-scale data systems and pipelines
* Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data processing, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark, with a focus on big data processing and analytics
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics, with a focus on developing and deploying models in production environments
* Familiarity with medical health industry data, with a focus on data quality, governance, and compliance
