**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sr. Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and developing large-scale data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
* Creating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a standardized format, and load it into a data warehouse
* Collaborating with the data science team to integrate data models and calculations into automated processes
* Working with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, to design and deploy scalable data architectures
* Developing and maintaining data stores and data models to support business intelligence and data analytics
* Investigating current data technology trends to identify and evaluate new tools and technologies to meet business needs
* Exploring new tools and technologies to determine the best approach for a given project or use case
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud computing and Python programming
* 5+ years of experience with SQL and database management
