With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our customer listening team is responsible for implementing the Stop-To-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
**The Role**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
* Developing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
* Offering pointers to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with data quality and data integrity best practices
* Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields
