**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in driving success by accurately entering data and reviewing medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home after a 90-day introductory period. You will be part of a small team that is dedicated to excellence and is passionate about achieving a better way.

**Responsibilities**

* Accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines
* Work independently while being part of a dynamic team
* Meet production and accuracy performance metrics
* Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma required, college preferred
* Strong data entry/computer skills required
* Desire to work in an office environment
* Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC) a plus
* Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience a plus, but not required
* Training for this role is paid and provided internally by arenaflex

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
* Knowledge of medical billing and coding
* Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC)
* Previous experience in the healthcare industry
