**Job Summary:**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving business success. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from data entry and record-keeping to customer service and support. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
* Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
* Manage support; profile page creation/updating
* Filing, Information access, and Document production
* Create and update customer service issue tickets
* Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
* Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
* General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
* Responsible for checking out supply products

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Work Remotely
* MS Office Suite proficient
* Outstanding oral and in writing communication skills
* Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions
* Demonstrated analytical capabilities
* Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests
* Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required
* Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
* Have the potential to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns

* Experience in customer service and support
* Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
