**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Help Desk team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, processing claims online portal tickets, and helping to drive business success. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Create new accounts and register clients for online portal access
* Help to manage and process new tickets that come through the system
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
* Collaborate with the team to drive business success and meet key performance indicators
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk support
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry and its related processes
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Nice to Have Qualifications**

* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
