**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry, Customer Support Specialist – Inventory & Asset Management**

**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry, Customer Support Specialist to join our Inventory & Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, inventory management, customer support, and asset disposal. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Security Practices:**
+ Adhere to arenaflex's security and data management policies, reporting any security or safety incidents.
+ Collaborate with security teams for external vendors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
+ Participate in regular Threat Hazard Analysis (THA) sessions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* **Strategic Shift Management:**
+ Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work periods or accelerated circumstances.
+ Seek guidance from management before proceeding with the next stage of a process.
* **Inbound and Outbound Strategies:**
+ Perform data entry to record inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
+ Execute incoming and outgoing deliveries as instructed by management, adhering to purchase order (PO) and Rack Development Manager (RMS) procedures.
+ Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, applying proper traditions documentation and guidelines.
* **Customer Support:**
+ Maintain a customer-centric focus, understanding the impact of their work on customer satisfaction.
+ Ensure accurate completion of Stock and Resource Management (IAM) tasks, adhering to organizational and industry guidelines.
+ Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft's contractual agreements with providers, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
* **Stock Administration:**
+ Develop working knowledge of stock control and stock management practices and procedures.
+ Perform cycle reviews and data remediation to ensure all stock controls are met.
+ Resolve stock discrepancies and report errors, maintaining detailed physical stock tracking and organization.
+ Perform material handling, including transportation, receiving, and stock management according to standard procedures.
* **Guarantee Interaction Management:**
+ Connect with providers to initiate warranty claims when automation is not available, processing orders accordingly.
+ Process failed seller equipment devices using online or alternative tools, including data processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Product Approval (RMA) devices.
+ Adhere to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the RMA warranty process.
* **Information Bearing Device (DBD) Destruction:**
+ Perform DBD destruction following all SLAs and arenaflex policies, ensuring DBD chronic number coordination with the database.
* **Acquisition:**
+ Inform management of stock deficiency requests, raising any issues to the management team.
* **Functional Excellence:**
+ Adhere to existing procedures to run processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.
**Requirements:**
* **Essential Capabilities:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements, including:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Investigation: This position will require passing the Microsoft Cloud personal investigation upon hire/move and every 2 years thereafter.
- Citizenship Check: This position requires confirmation of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal limitations. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate's citizenship will be verified with a valid visa.
* **Preferred Capabilities:**
+ 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/production network in a data innovation (IT) environment, IT, or potentially manufacturing, working with heavy-duty material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, bed jacks, case lifts) for a large enterprise, or equivalent experience.
