**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our customer support and data entry functions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and support our customer support team in resolving customer inquiries and issues
* Manage and direct the activities of our data entry team, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations
* Use various reports, charts, and systems to identify and resolve issues that may impact our operations
* Allocate team members to workstations to achieve a fair workload and meet operational metrics
* Meet daily with our office administrator and manager to discuss departmental staffing needs and tasks
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management
* Train, develop, and evaluate team members
* Maintain participation and performance records of team members
* Ensure hands-on safety and compliance with all regulations
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
* 18 years old or older
* Ability to read, write, and count accurately
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
* Leadership skills, critical thinking, independent direction, multitasking, delegate responsibility, set goals, good example for resolve, advance production as a visual cue, and ensure completion of primary tasks
* Solid WMS knowledge, computer education
* Ability to work immediately and attend all required training courses
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
* Familiarity with strategies and systems across all movements of the operation
* Work equipment in a safe manner following recommended work procedures
* Excellent participation is a must
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Past distribution center experience
* Associate degree or higher in a related field
