**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Preparing and reviewing financial statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports
* Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders
* Applying sound accounting principles and developing or recommending accounting procedures and policies
* Supervising and allocating work to accountants, accounting clerks, and other team members
* Coordinating accounting matters with other departments, regions, and divisions
* Participating in financial reporting

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
