**Your Day-to-Day**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

* Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry
* Closing batch tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower)
* Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials
* Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
* Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors
* Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
* Understanding the management of Quality Systems and being familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
* Adhering to PPE requirements as required
* Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required
* Associate degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience effectively managing data entry processes for a load of at least 30-50 open positions at any given time
* Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior experience in manufacturing
* Experience with data analysis and quality assurance systems
