As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality training experience to 14 CFR part 121 licensed Air Service pilots in Flight training for Delta Air Lines or external DPS clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients and team members
* Work weekends and vacations as required
* Be available to work at non-Atlanta off-site training locations as needed
* Operate with a high level of professionalism, leadership, decision-making, team resource, and risk and error control
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
* Coordinate and communicate with the education development/Media supervisor, Analytics supervisor, and key increase stakeholders
* Support all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
* Present organized briefings and lead large, interactive discussions
* Logistical control of classroom and education assets (MS PowerPoint, digital documents/manuals, whiteboards, handouts, etc.)
* Be an excellent listener and inclined to solicit feedback from attendees and others for on-route reviews
* Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embrace a diverse set of people, questioning, and styles
* Possess a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Airline shipping Pilot certificates with plane Multiengine Land class
* Must have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier
* Should have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 licensed Air service
* Candidates must apply no later than 24 months after retiring from a 14 CFR part 121 licensed Air carrier (Exceptions can be considered)
* Be conversant in the technology required for the position, including but not limited to:
+ Use of Apple iPad tablet
+ Conversant in the technology required to access company information, email, schedules, and conferences
+ Conversant in the use of MS PowerPoint
