**Job Summary**

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing store network processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Overseeing store network processes and ensuring stock accuracy through data analysis and process improvement
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day issues and drive business growth
* Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Leading execution audits of promotional divisions, distribution centers, and providers
* Providing recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders
* Collaborating with business partners to identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including providers and carriers
* Providing guidance and direction to team members on process improvements and best practices
* Identifying areas of opportunity for cost reduction and process efficiency
* Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives
* Analyzing the impact and benefits of process improvements on internal cycles

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
* Experience with process improvement methodologies, including lean and Six Sigma
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and develop solutions that meet business needs

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or PowerBI
* Certification in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
