Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues.
- Working on multiple tasks or projects associated with Prior Authorizations (PAs), ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations.
- Assisting with the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process.
- Demonstrating blithequark's core values, including collaboration and accountability, to drive alignment and encourage change in a matrixed environment.
- Assuming a strategic approach, following validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, and articulating risks or concerns effectively.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification.
- A strong, effective attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users.
