* Managing and maintaining assessment tools, such as data and business information systems, to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborating with IT and business teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.
* Working closely with colleagues, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven insights.
* Developing and maintaining data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
* Identifying and addressing technical issues, such as data quality and system performance, to ensure seamless operations.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for new projects and initiatives.
* Providing clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
* 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist or Business Analyst in a software development or data analysis role.
* Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI and SQL.
* Experience working with cloud data platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Familiarity with cloud data platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
* Experience working with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
