**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our technology team. As a key member of our innovation office, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and deliver high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Work part-time as an innovation investigator understudy in the innovation office, collaborating with teams across the organization
* Participate in group projects, including air tasks, client and business, framework and services, and people and finance
* Assist in testing and quality assurance of applications used by airline staff and pilots
* Conduct business analysis, process modeling, and improvement to drive business growth and efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop quality technical solutions
* Manage time periods for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
* Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation teams
* Participate in framework and acceptance testing
* Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or information technology)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
* Essential knowledge of technical climate
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
* Past investigator internship experience within the past year (desired)
* Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition (desired)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with agile methodologies
* Knowledge of project management procedures
* Familiarity with cloud-based applications and web development
