As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Information, Research, Experiences, and Business Operations team, you'll play a critical role in helping blithequark make data-driven decisions that drive business success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data researchers, business analysts, and external partners, to identify business opportunities and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from data analysis and visualization to machine learning and predictive modeling. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms using machine learning and statistical techniques
* Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field
* At least 2+ years of industry experience in data science, with a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
* Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other languages, with experience working with large datasets and complex data models
* Experience working with cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
* Strong SQL and database skills, with experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field
* Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Experience working with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
