Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and influence analysis
• Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical necessities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, design and execute analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Assist Blithequark in making key decisions to improve products and services
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders through effective presentations and visualizations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics)
• Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB)
• Experience articulating product questions, pulling data from datasets (SQL), and utilizing insights to arrive at a response

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
• Ability to translate analytical results into business recommendations
• Interest and capacity to work with data, statistics, analysis, and trends, and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation
• Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with strong business judgment
