**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Specialist – Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and data warehouse. You will work closely with our IT team to build ETL/ELT pipelines, create ad-hoc reports, and develop dashboards for C-level leaders. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization will help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, and maintain our Business Intelligence platform and data warehouse using various data/BI tools
* Build ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Wind current
* Create ad-hoc reports to help inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau
* Develop impromptu reports depending on the situation to help inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau
* Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and achieve project goals
* Communicate technical and business themes, as required, in a 360-degree approach, using written, verbal, and presentation materials
* Create, uphold, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs
* Take ownership and deliver process improvements
* Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends
* Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Wind current
* Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica
* Strong proficiency in SQL and query writing
* Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines
* Strong experience with creating heavenly dashboards and reports for C-level leaders

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
