**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. **Responsibilities**

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

* Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Providing exceptional customer service to our delivery professionals and internal stakeholders

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
* Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet connection and working computer (if working from home)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service
* Experience with company software and systems
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards

**Compensation and Benefits**

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
