**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Experience Strategy & Transformation team, you'll be responsible for architecting experiences and building capabilities that positively impact our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement experience and transformational improvement development initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement experience and transformational improvement development initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect experiences and build capabilities that positively impact our customers
* Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support experience and transformational improvement development initiatives
* Lead cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring compatibility, operational, and integration across all customer experiences
* Manage priorities to bring the right level of attention and budget needs to initiatives that will have the most significant impact on the portfolio
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experience and transformational improvement development initiatives
* Collaborate with partners to deliver a compelling story about the portfolio's overall value proposition
* Ensure compatibility, operational, and integration across all customer experiences
* Manage priorities to bring the right level of attention and budget needs to initiatives that will have the most significant impact on the portfolio
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experience and transformational improvement development initiatives

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology, or a related field)
* 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding the strategic, operational, and tactical needs of target customers while managing the process, planning, prioritization, and monitoring of supported initiatives
* Strong proficiency in business case development and cost-benefit analysis
* Track record of structuring a data-driven approach to complex business problems
* Proven success leading cross-functional projects to completion
* Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team and organizational level
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics
* Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and hands-on with a high level of accountability
* Basic acumen of technology and business operations
* Closely work with partners to deliver a compelling story about the portfolio's overall value proposition
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
* Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions, and deliver the highest quality work
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
* Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
* Excellent time management skills
* Experience making decisions and working independently with little supervision

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology, or a related field)
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Experience working in a healthcare or consumer-facing industry
* Strong understanding of market and industry trends
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
* Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
