**Customer Systems Team**
The Customer Systems team at arenaflex is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with our business leaders and colleagues to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications and systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
* Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions
* Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
* Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
