**Position Overview**

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and personalized assistance via live chat. From resolving inquiries to offering product recommendations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products and services, based on customer feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
* Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback.

**Qualifications**

* No prior experience required – we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
* Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software/tools.
