**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat
* Resolving product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team
* Updating customer information and ensuring all changes are recorded correctly
* Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Following communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent written communication skills
* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat tools
* Ability to work independently and remain productive
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
* Customer service experience is a plus
