**Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist – Conversational AI Development, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts, defining product requirements that enhance customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Leading Product Development Efforts**: Collaborate with product teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize product features that enhance customer experience.
* **Conversational AI Development**: Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities.
* **Product Testing and Feedback**: Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
* **Execution and Measurement**: Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of products and develop clear, data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
* **Client Storytelling**: Develop and refine product collections, crafting client stories that meet the needs of end-users while focusing on business value.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* **Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field**.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* **Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
* **Experience with conversational AI development**, including natural language processing, machine learning, and chatbot development.
