**Job Summary**

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering daily work orders into our systems
* Assembling and reconciling reports
* Maintaining excellent communication with various departments
* Performing various clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing
* Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
* Other duties as assigned by our management team

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
* **Report Assembly and Reconciliation**: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Clerical Duties**: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and faxing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
* **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
* **Software Utilization**: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software, to perform tasks and complete projects.

**Essential Qualifications**

* **Organizational and Prioritization Skills**: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
* **Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report preparation.
* **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
* **Office Clerk Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Microsoft Excel Experience**: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis.
* **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary, is a plus.

**Physical Demands**

* **Computer Use**: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods.
* **Seated Work**: Ability to sit for long periods, with occasional standing or walking.

**Compensation and Benefits**
