**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leveraging arenaflex's cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals. You will assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, perform various pharmacy tasks, and provide a unique and delightful customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
* Perform various pharmacy tasks, including the use of pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory.
* Provide a unique and delightful customer experience by engaging with patients and customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services and products.
* Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, including those with chronic conditions or complex medication regimens.
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, including the use of automated dispensing systems.
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and technology.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy or retail company.
* Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
* Certification in a related field, such as Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
