**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Working with the execution of the WW CS Experts technique through local administration and support groups
* Leading and supporting process improvement projects at the organization level that may have a global impact
* Mentoring and training Pioneers and project teams on Pros ideas and philosophies
* Performing quantitative analysis of key interaction metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
* Directing task portfolio, assisting Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program administrators with execution and delivery of results
* Identifying valuable opportunities to automate processes and working with partners to develop a automation pipeline
* Reviewing completed activities to assess supported effect and collaborating with Financial Regulator to approve influence
* Communicating across all levels on project and program progress
* Working with and participating in meetings as necessary to work with development and organization-wide equality
* Overseeing and developing talent
* Establishing objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous circumstances

**Essential Capabilities**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech groups
* 2+ years of group management experience
* 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
* 2+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine enhancements
* 2 years of demonstrated experience with continuous improvement tools and procedures, or demonstrated capability of a proficient level continuous improvement specialist

**Preferred Capabilities**

While not required, the following skills and experience will be highly valued:

* Experience creating, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
* +2 years of experience leading global or cross-territorial initiatives
