**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Digital Product Management team, responsible for shaping the future of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business partners, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the discovery and development of new conversational AI and live chat support features, working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze customer data, identify trends, and inform product decisions
* Work with business partners to understand customer needs and develop product roadmaps that meet business objectives
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, design specifications, and testing plans
* Lead customer testing and post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
* Analyze product performance metrics to measure success and inform product decisions
* Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform product decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
* Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g. Docker)
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design methodologies
