**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the discovery and definition of product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and pain points
* Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs
* Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver on key initiatives
* Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal
* Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Four-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* Proven experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Strong understanding of technical concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and software development
